Working with ARAL ETC has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Suzan took time to really understand our brief and created two colourful and cheeky owl mascots to our engage younger audiences for use in our physical museum and gallery spaces and online. Suzan also developed some fun activity sheets as well as a range of resource templates for our team to use in house. Despite our being new to design software, Suzan was patient and supportive throughout the process. Alongside our mascots, we now have a set of striking templates which we can use to create worksheets in the future!

It has been a pleasure to work with ARAL ETC. From start to finish the level of communication and attention to detail have been brilliant. In a very short space of time Suzan and her team were able to produce exactly what we wanted and even exceeded our expectations. The two sticker trails they have designed for visiting families are beautifully produced and engaging for an audience that was new to us. We would highly recommend ARAL ETC.
Carys Duggan-Rees / Visitor Engagement Manager
ARAL ETC produced an engaging, bright and focused trail for the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich. The care that was taken to get to know the wants and needs of both the visiting families and the Family Programme is clearly demonstrated by a trail that resonates with our youngest visitors. The trail fits with the museum’s approach and encourages families to think about the people whose stories sit in the museum. ARAL ETC were able to do a quick turn around and still produce a design that has been popular with visiting families.
Katie Cassels / Family Programmes Producer

ARAL ETC designed a fantastic suite of school gallery trails for us. We had a very tight timeline and a lot of specific requirements, but Suzan and her team were very accommodating and their inspired design work has brought our content to life. ARAL ETC are a pleasure to work with - always reliable, organised, and full of great ideas. The finished product is better than we could have hoped for. Highly recommend Suzan and ARAL ETC!
Dominique Bouchard  / Head of Learning & Participation
We worked with ARAL ETC from the very beginnings of Circus250, giving us confidence as a new organisation to push and promote ourselves in ways which we might not otherwise have taken. They expertly guided us through the branding process so we were able to create an immediate impact across print and social media at our launch. They are very approachable, versatile and creative - really happy to know they are part of the Circus250 team.
Dr Dea Birkett / Founder & Ringmaster

Working with ARAL ETC from the outset was straightforward and efficient. They put their all into projects with creative energy and enthusiasm. When designing a new children’s trail, ARAL ETC gave our original content a fresh outlook. The project was started and finished within the expected timescale, and the resulting design is fun, engaging and exceeded all expectation.
Nicola Ayrton / Education Officer
ARAL ETC took the time and interest to understand our project thoroughly, helping us to clarify our brief. With their help, creativity and attention to detail – and despite a tight deadline – the results exceeded our hopes and expectations. They were a pleasure to work with.

We chose ARAL ETC to take on the project at Hastings Castle because of their previous experience in the heritage sector and also because of the great working relationship we have with them. We've had very positive feedback about the resulting timeline from local residents and from visitors to the castle. The panels work logically and people now get a far greater understanding of the castle’s history.
Nick Sangster / Resort Services Manager
It's always a pleasure to work with Suzan. She has developed a complete rebrand for our organisation and gone on to produce a variety of printed and online media for us, from magazine adverts and brochures to programmes and social media graphics. She works quickly and professionally, producing innovative designs and meeting tight deadlines. She's always approachable and works tirelessly to meet the clients needs.

Suzan Aral developed two family trails for Hastings Old Town as part of an EU scheme to help fishing communities. Suzan developed the project in conjunction with the local community, which involved a considerable amount of research. The end product is extremely user-friendly, and makes learning about the history of the Old Town fun. The trails have proven to be very popular indeed, with some outlets requiring fresh supplies within just a few weeks. Suzan has a very positive, pleasant manner, and a real 'can do' attitude. I am pleased to commend her work.
Kevin Boorman / Head of Communications & Marketing
Suzan Aral’s drawing trail provides visitors with an enjoyable route around the museum, subtly bringing key objects to their attention whilst giving them plenty of space to discover their own favourite treasures. The trail has been used equally successfully with independent family visitors and school groups looking to develop observational drawing skills.
Catherine Harvey / Education Officer & Keeper of World Art
Suzan is not only highly creative but also very professional. She has subtly tuned in to my brand and perfume requirements and also provided solutions where I was at a loss. I feel very supported by Suzan and have appreciated the positive and flexible way in which we have worked together on my business project. What she has designed for me has been fine, elegant, creative and innovative.
